| Scope of Service Experience |
| Steve has been with NAI MLG Commercial since 1996, and started in the industrial segment specializing in the sale and lease of industrial properties. Now a principal of the brokerage firm and a group leader of both the industrial segment and investment segment, Steve’s area of focus is in the investment sales and ground-up development while continuing to provide brokerage and consulting services to industrial users.

| Steve attended the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is licensed to practice commercial real estate in Wisconsin and is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW).

| Background & Experience |
| Prior to joining NAI MLG Commercial, Steve was a vice president at the Walsh Dunsmore Company for their Milwaukee branch office from 1992-1996. At Walsh Dunsmore, he exclusively represented tenants and buyers interested in acquiring commercial real estate. In addition, Steve has worked with some of the larger multi-family management firms in Milwaukee, such as Katz properties, Ogden Company and Trace Corporation. |
