| Prior to joining MLG, Mark was employed by the Sigma Phi Epsilon National Fraternity Headquarters, most recently as the Regional Director managing and directing real estate issues within 23 organizations throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Cassata was rated as the “Top Regional Director” in the organization and offered a promotion in May of 2009 to become the Director of Real Estate based in Richmond, Virginia.
In 2007, Cassata was awarded Illinois State University’s “Executive Board Member of the Year” award for his work as Student Government President and Chapter President Sigma Phi Epsilon. As Chapter President, Cassata led the Chapter to double its membership level and quadruple the house occupancy in one year. Cassata helped to initiate and complete a $75,000 facility renovation including a commercial kitchen and full meal service, study area and living room increasing gross income by $1.38 million over 10 years. |
