| Adam joined the retail group at NAI MLG Commercial in 2007 as a sales associate. His responsibilities include the representation of local and national
retailers, leasing retail properties, property acquisition and land development.
Adam also works with landlords and developers in the sale, lease, acquisition
and development of commercial properties.

| Adam graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a B.B.A. in
General Management. Adam also served as one of the chairs of General Management Organization while attending University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

| Adam joined NAI MLG Commercial in 2007 and as an outstanding new sales associate and in 2008 he received the “Rookie of the Year” award, an award given to the company’s top-producing new salesperson. Since joining the company, Adam has represented Landlords and Tenants, not only in the Milwaukee market but also the in Appleton, Green Bay, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac and Madison markets. His knowledge of the entire Wisconsin market has helped his clients to close deals effectively and efficiently. |

| Adam is a licensed Wisconsin real estate sales person and a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW). He takes an active part in CARW and has served on the Membership Committee for the past three years. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Adam also spends his time volunteering as a coach for the Winter Club hockey association. |

- Hales Corners, WI – Negotiated 20 year lease with Sentry Foods
- Waukesha, WI – Negotiated first location in Wisconsin for Monkey Joe’s franchisee
- Wauwatosa, WI – Represented a developer in the purchase of 6 acres on N. Mayfair Road and negotiation of 60,000 sq. ft. Pick ‘n Save lease
- Madison, WI – Represented the buyer in acquiring a free standing Copp’s Food Center (70,000 sq. ft.)
- Oak Creek, WI – Sold 4.8 acres to Kwik Trip
- Horicon, WI – Represented the buyer in purchasing a 38,000 sq. ft. shopping center
- Bethesda Lutheran Communities – Successfully repositioned five stores in Wisconsin and Minnesota
