Janelle is a vice president of NAI MLG Management and is responsible for commercial office property management services. These include implementation and performance of due diligence of new acquisitions to the office portfolio, financial planning, capital improvement and budget analysis, leasing and tenant retention, overseeing maintenance staff, and negotiating and supervising contracted services. She demonstrates the flexibility crucial in responding to the diverse needs of property management.
Education
Janelle earned her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in July 2002, after being awarded the CPM Candidate of the Year in 1998 and 1999.
Professional Affiliations & Designations
In September 2002 Janelle was installed as the President of BOMA (Building Owner's & Manager's Association) Wisconsin, and chairs its education committee. She is also President of BOMA's midwest northern region.
