| Scope of Service Experience |
| Joe joined the MLG Development team in June of 2001 to add technical experience and expertise to the group. At MLG, his primary responsiblities include managing all residential developments from preliminary approvals through final construction. This process includes working with various municipal officials and their consultants to plan a development that addresses all needs of the community and to develop a subdivision that all will be proud to be a part of. Throughout the process of designing the layout and construction plans, Joe is constantly reviewing the progress and adding his insight to ensure quality lots for future homeowners. While physically constructing the development, Joe continues to make sure that high quality work is being performed and that the work is scheduled to finish on time. |
| Education |
| Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering degree from Marquette University in 1995 and his Professional Engineer License from the State of Wisconsin in 1999. |
| Background & Experience |
| Prior to joining MLG, Joe spent over 6 years with a civil engineering company. As a consulting engineer, Joe fully designed and engineered nine subdivisions and gained expertise in planning, surveying, stormwater managagement, grading and utility design, erosion control, construction management and platting. |

| He is a member of the Wisconsin Society of Professional Engineers and also mentors future civil engineers through the senior design class at Marquette University. |
