Beginnings

MLG began in early 1987 when four men of varied real estate and economic development backgrounds merged their considerable talent and experience with the goal of creating a real estate organization that ignored common real estate practices in order to meet the needs of the market and consumer in a timely manner.

Since the founding vision in 1987, MLG has grown to include MLG Advisors, MLG Management, MLG Capital, NAI MLG Commercial, MLG Development and MLG Communities. MLG now employs nearly 200 professionals in five states. This highly skilled and diverse group makes MLG the most trusted name in commercial real estate.

MLG is headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin with operations in Milwaukee, Appleton and Madison, Wisconsin as well as Virginia, Minnesota, Texas and Florida.
